250g HEINZ PROFESSIONAL MAYONNAISE
100g Walnuts to finish
1 Celeriac
3 Zesty green apples
3 Celery sticks
1 Small bunch of spring onions

STEP ONE, TWO & THREE

STEP ONE
wash and peel celeriac before spiralising into ribbons.
STEP TWO
core and spiralise apple.
STEP THREE
finely shred celery and spring onions.

STEP FOUR
heat a small frying pan to toast walnuts (1 – 2 mins).
STEP FIVE
place all ingredients (minus walnuts) in a bowl and mix with spoon whilst adding heinz professional mayonnaise.
